  1. Book Boarding & Shuttle Online

    Log into your Park9 client portal and book your dog's stay at our YYZ resort. Be sure to add the Downtown Shuttle option to your booking.

  2. Drop off at 56 Sherbourne St

    Bring your dog to our Downtown Toronto location at your scheduled drop-off time. Say goodbye, and our team will take it from there.

  3. Safe Transport to YYZ

    Your dog travels in our safe, cushioned, and climate-controlled shuttle with a Park9 staff member. We carry fewer than 7 dogs per trip to ensure plenty of space.

  4. Pick up Downtown

    When your trip is over, we bring your dog back to the Sherbourne St location for you to pick up. Tired, happy, and ready to go home.

Can I drop my dog off at YYZ instead?

Yes, absolutely. If you are driving to the airport or leaving from Etobicoke/Mississauga, you can drop your dog off directly at our Pearson YYZ resort at 9 Meteor Dr.

What time do I need to drop my dog off?

Shuttle departure times are scheduled when you book. Our Downtown location is open Monday to Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Do you offer cat boarding via the shuttle?

Our shuttle is strictly for dogs. If you need cat boarding at our YYZ location, please arrange direct drop-off at 9 Meteor Dr.

What if my flight is delayed and I'm late for pick-up?

Just call us! If your flight is delayed, let our Downtown team know. We can often arrange for your dog to stay an extra night at YYZ or keep them comfortable at the Downtown location until you arrive.
